With the heat this passed summer, my old HVAC system decided that 2020 was the perfect year to go out. I have very little knowledge in HVAC systems and decided to call a few professionals to help guide me through my options. I came across Sunlight Home Construction online and decided to give them a call. Greg arrived at my residence to assess my situation and provide me with options his company offered. Let me tell you, after meeting with 2 other companies prior to Sunlight, I felt right at home with Greg. The level of professionalism, transparency and thoroughness was so comforting. Greg explain the "why" to me. He helped me understand what I needed to do moving forward and why I needed to do it which helped me understand and make the correct decision for me and my family. We then moved on to the important convo regarding pricing. Greg provided me with a detailed breakdown of all associated costs pertaining to my repair and it was slightly better than the 2 other quotes I had received prior. 3rd time was really the charm. Obviously, pricing was important to me when it comes to home repair, but for me, I chose to do business with Sunlight not because they had the best pricing, but because of the exceptional experience that I had dealing with Greg. My new A/C is much more powerful and efficient! I would highly recommend Greg and his team for any home improvement projects. Looking forward to doing business with them again!
